RETURNS

Contact us immediately at rebounds, telephone +46 8 555 247 00 or sales@axel-larsson.se. Never return products without first contacting us. Returns are accepted by appointment only. Return deduction applied. Goods arriving our stock without prior agreement will be scrapped 7 days after arrival at the customer's expense.


COMPLAINTS

1. Contact us immediately on complaints or questions regarding our supplies or products, telephone +46 8 555 247 00 or sales@axel-larsson.se. Never return products without first contacting us.

2. Fill out our claim form, which must always be attached to the products in return. 

3. In the cases Axel Larsson will be charged return shipping, transportation must be effected with Postens Företagspaket with our freight agreement number according to the complaint form.

4. Once we have received the products, we will send you a reply as soon as possible.
